A Dietician assesses patients’ nutritional needs, prepares personalized diet plans, provides dietary counselling, monitors nutritional progress, and recommends appropriate diets based on medical conditions. They work with doctors and healthcare teams to support patient recovery, disease management, and overall health through proper nutrition.
Responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, inspecting, packing, sterilizing, and storing surgical instruments and medical equipment. Ensures proper sterilization procedures, maintains sterilization records, and supplies sterile instruments to operation theatres and hospital departments while following infection control protocols and hospital safety standards.
Responsible for providing quality patient care, monitoring patients’ health conditions, administering medications as prescribed, assisting doctors during treatments and procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring infection control and patient safety, and providing emotional support to patients and their families while following hospital policies and protocols.
Responsible for preventing and controlling hospital-acquired infections by monitoring infection control practices, conducting staff training, ensuring hand hygiene and sterilization compliance, monitoring biomedical waste management, performing infection surveillance, and ensuring adherence to hospital infection control policies and NABH standards.
Responsible for preparing and processing patient bills, collecting payments, handling cash and card transactions, verifying billing details, maintaining accurate billing records, coordinating with the insurance and hospital departments, and ensuring smooth and timely billing operations while providing good patient service.
Responsible for managing the organization’s financial operations, budgeting, accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting. Ensures compliance with statutory regulations, monitors expenses, oversees accounts payable and receivable, manages financial risks, and provides financial analysis to support management decisions and achieve organizational goals.
Responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory records, receiving and issuing materials, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with purchase and other departments, ensuring proper storage, and preparing stock reports to maintain accurate inventory and smooth departmental operations.
• Valid board certification or eligibility in Critical Care Medicine. • Proficient technical expertise in mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring. • High emotional intelligence, active communication skills, and the capacity to make decisive clinical judgments under intense emergency pressure.
